The Australian spotted catshark, Asymbolus analis, is a cat shark of the family Scyliorhinidae found only around Australia between latitudes 32° S and 38° S, at depths of between 10 and 180 m.

Collared carpetshark

The collared carpetshark, Parascyllium collare, is a carpetshark of the family Parascylliidae found off eastern Australia, between latitudes 26°S and 38°S, at depths of between 20 and 160 m.

Shortnose velvet dogfish

The shortnose velvet dogfish, Centroscymnus cryptacanthus, is a sleeper shark of the family Somniosidae, found between latitudes 33°N and 38°S in the southwest Atlantic Ocean, from Uruguay, the eastern Atlantic, from Madeira and Senegal, and also off the west coast of South Africa.
