The Allmusic review by Stephen Thomas Erlewine awarded the album 2 stars and stated "On his final album for Blue Note, Freddie Roach decided to step outside -- way outside -- the tasteful soul-jazz that had become his trademark. Roach decided to make a concept album... in a weird way, it's almost fortunate that Roach attempted something grand, because All That's Good sounds like no other Blue Note record of the early '60s".
Cropper began his career working as stage manager on the Nickelodeon series Kenan & Kel, All That and The Amanda Show before moving on as an assistant director on the series Cousin Skeeter, Popular, Arli$$, That Was Then, Six Feet Under and Monk .

He guest-starred on an episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel Air playing the role of Hilary's boyfriend, and has directed several music videos including British R&B group Five Star's "I Love You For Sentimental Reasons" (1994) as well as many sitcom episodes including The Cosby Show, All that, Kenan & Kel, and Malcolm & Eddie.
They created and produced such shows like All That, The Amanda Show, Kenan & Kel, One Tree Hill, Smallville, What I Like About You, The Bronx is Burning, and Hank Aaron: Chasing the Dream.
The group also did a couple of performances of "He's Mine" in 1995 on the shows like Soul Train, All That or Video Soul.
That same year, the Twinz performed their hit single, "Round & Round," on an episode of Nickelodeon's All That.
