Two projects Be More worked with are Agape, a South African orphanage that is featured in the HBO documentary We Are Together (film) and The Blue Roof, a medical clinic that provides Antiretroviral drugs, counseling and support to people living with AIDS, which was opened by Alicia Keys and her charity Keep A Child Alive.
In 2006, the Centre began an initiative to provide greater support for HIV and AIDS patients through the use of testing, counseling, and antiretroviral drugs.
Since 1976 Erik De Clercq has collaborated on the development of new antiretroviral drugs with Antonín Holý, of the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry (IOCB) of the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences in Prague, Czech Republic.
