Norwest Marketplace is a shopping centre featuring a Coles and many specialty stores including Subway, Gloria Jean's, Michel's Patisserie, Nick Scali Furniture, Joeys', Blockbuster movie rentals, small electronic and clothing stores and a day care centre.
Since then the centre has grown to include an outdoor mall named the Trident Retail Park, which hosts many big name shops such as Currys, JJB Sports, Blockbuster, TK Maxx and Fitness First.
The company's investors and advisors include John Antioco (former CEO and Chairman of Blockbuster Inc.), Dallas-based private equity firm CIC Partners, movie producer John Davis who is the son of Marvin Davis, movie producer Roy Lee, and Stone Canyon Venture Partners.
