Felix Ho (born Fei Yin Felix Ho 何斐然 June 2, 1977 in British Hong Kong) is a canine behaviorist, animal trainer, writer, athlete, and international Schutzhund/IPO competitor.
In the 1880s, the colonial government of Hong Kong initiated the Praya Reclamation Scheme in order to expand the amount of land available in the city.
Among them was Sir John Bowring, Governor General of British Hong Kong and a well-seasoned traveler who had written several books about the different cultures in Asia, who described the situation as "admirable" during a visit to the Philippines in the 1870s.
