As they were on the road, the band was invited to play in lots of festivals around the country, including the Kiss Fest concert, with Bruce Kulick as the festival headliner.
The album features songs that Carr was working on before his death in 1991 which was completed by his former Kiss bandmate Bruce Kulick.
