Esporte Clube Noroeste, usually known simply as Noroeste, is a Brazilian football (soccer) club based in Bauru, as of 2012 competing in the São Paulo State second division (Campeonato Paulista Série A2).
In 1954, the club played the Campeonato Paulista second division final against Comercial of Ribeirão Preto and fielded an ineligible player in the match.
He later spent time with Guarani, a São Paulo based club, after being transferred to Santo André, where he began the ascent of his playing career and leading the squad to a Campeonato Paulista Série A2 championship and runners-up in the 2008 Campeonato Brasileiro Série B campaign.
