Marvin W. Meyer (April 16, 1948 – August 16, 2012) was a scholar of religion and a tenured professor at Chapman University, in Orange, California.
And as the OCA grew, the club ultimately moved into its present meeting place at Chapman University.

The Foundation has also given grants to Tarbut V' Torah, Chapman University, the Orange County High School of the Arts (OCHSA), the Ocean Institute, El Viento, THINK Together, Orangewood’s Guardian Scholar Program, KOCE, the Discovery Science Center and Hope University, all of which have a mission dedicated to improving the lives of others through education.
Harrison currently is part of the Chapman University (Orange, Ca) Men's Lacrosse coaching staff and plays on the LXM Pro Tour.
Founded in 2010 with 12 students from UCLA, USC, and CSU Northridge, it has since expanded to include 54 students from those institutions as well as Santa Monica College, Cal Poly Pomona, Chapman University, and UC Irvine.
John C. Eastman, former Dean of Chapman University of Law and current professor of constitutional law is the Chair of the Board of the National Organization for Marriage, a non-profit organization committed to preventing the legalization of same-sex marriage.
His son, Justin, is a screenwriter, who attended Chapman University where he was vice president of the Alpha Delta Phi fraternity.
Mark DeSantis, Assistant Professor of Finance at Chapman University who has collaborated on several publications with Gunduz Caginalp
