She married John Vaughan, 3rd Earl of Carbery and in 1698 had their only surviving child, a daughter, Lady Anne Vaughan, who became the wife of Charles Powlett, 3rd Duke of Bolton.
Lady Anne died in 1751 and the Duke married Lavinia Fenton on 20 October 1751 at Aachen.

The third Duke of Bolton died in 1754, aged 68, at Royal Tunbridge Wells and was buried at Basing.

She had already born him three illegitimate sons: Charles, Percy, and Horatio Armand Powlett.
Bolton Castle is currently owned by the Lord Bolton, a descendant in the female line (through yet another illegitimate daughter) of the 5th Duke of Bolton.
