Nidia Ruth Vílchez Yucra (born 12 May 1964) is a Peruvian politician and a former Member of Congress representing Junín for the 2006-2011 term.
The agreement was signed on April 12, 2006; ratified by the Peruvian Congress on June 28, 2006; by the U.S. House of Representatives on November 2, 2007 and by the U.S. Senate on December 4, 2007.
He was a Congressman representing Cajamarca for a term between 2006 and 2011, and belongs to the Peruvian Nationalist Party (PNP).
A notable example was in Lima in 2003, where the teams from Argentina and Peru gave a demonstration debate in Spanish (but in the World Schools style) in the Congress of Peru chamber.
