Kongola is a constituency in the Zambezi Region of Namibia near the Kwando River.
Together with three other war veterans, black Africans Samuel Machado Amaru, Patrick Johannes and Mario Mahonga, he travels up the river Cuando to the place of one of the last proxy war scenes of the Cold War.
