Bear Swamp Generating Station is a pumped-storage hydroelectric underground power station that straddles the Deerfield River in Rowe and Florida, Massachusetts.
Interchange was with the Boston and Maine Railroad and the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad at the south end of the line at the Buckland station, which is on the opposite side of the Deerfield River from the village of Shelburne Falls.
Notable features include the Bridge of Flowers, a former trolley bridge over the Deerfield River that is now maintained by the Shelburne Falls Women's Club as a floral display from April through October; and the glacial potholes of the Deerfield River.
