In 1807, during a trip to the Auvergne region, Adrienne became ill; she became delirious but recovered enough on Christmas Eve to gather the family around her bed; her last words to Lafayette were: "Je suis toute à vous" ("I am all yours").
A random draw would see Delirious selected as Wicked’s partner and the two would make their way to the semi-finals with wins over Crossbones and Rorschach plus Cheech and Cloudy in the first two rounds before beating Team DDT (KUDO and Kyohei Mikami).
At the next event, Remain In Light on March 18th (an event which also saw the debut of Delirious and the commencement of what would turn out to be a short series of matches between Men at Work (Mister ZERO and Shane Storm) and Team F.I.S.T. (Icarus and Gran Akuma) as they went to a fifteen minute draw), Hero, Cannon, and Castagnoli officially formed one of CHIKARA's most influential rudo factions: the Kings of Wrestling.
To celebrate the opening of the worship center several concerts were presented featuring artists such as Olivia Newton-John, SHeDAISY, Delirious?, Jeremy Camp, Michael W. Smith, Lonestar, Casting Crowns, Phil Vassar and Third Day.
However, it is still mentioned in the slip notes for their 2002 compilation album Deeper.

Other songs on the album include "Come Like You Promise", which was originally found on a long out of print solo album by guitarist Stu G, Have You Heard? It also appeared on Live & In the Can, was later rerecorded as a b-side for the single "It's OK", and now appears on the compilation album Deeper.
Many years afterwards, during a Fantastic Four storyline featuring a delirious Hulk rampaging through Las Vegas, the latter howled Jarella's name, as one of the 3 greatest tragedies that he considered to have befallen him, along with the poisoning of his wife Betty Ross, and the death of his friend Jim Wilson due to AIDS.

Taylor played Arlene Sherwood, co-producer of a television show along with Jerry Orbach and John Candy in the 1991 film Delirious.
"Like You Promise" was later restyled as "Come Like You Promise", and released on the band's 1996 live album Live & In the Can, 1998 live album d:tour, 2001 single "It's OK", and 2002 compilation album Deeper.

At ROH's Take No Prisoners pay-per-view, Black pinned Delirious to win a Four Corner Survival match which also involved Go Shiozaki and Claudio Castagnoli.
