The group makes regular appearances in the major concert halls and cultural venues of Australia, and has performed with guest artists such as Andreas Scholl, Emma Kirkby, Derek Lee Ragin, Andrew Manze, Philippe Jaroussky, Federico Guglielmo, Christina Pluhar and Elizabeth Wallfisch.

The ensemble's first production was in January 1991, Gluck's Orfeo ed Euridice, with counter-tenor Derek Lee Ragin as Orpheus and soprano Tracey Mitchell as Euridice, with a period-instrument orchestra, at the Church of St Paul the Apostle at Lincoln Center.
