Aaron Blitzstein

Prior to writing, he was part of the team of personal managers working with artists including Sonic Youth, Guided by Voices, Beastie Boys, Dinosaur Jr, The Breeders and Foo Fighters.

Child Bite

Also appearing in the 2013 Cause & Effect Trilogy, was Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth (paired with Talk Normal), and Lou Barlow of Dinosaur Jr. (paired with Dumb Numbers).

Gas Food Lodging

J. Mascis of Dinosaur Jr contributed many of the tracks and also made a cameo in the film.

Hated in the Nation

A band was then assembled that included Kramer on bass, Steve Dasinger from Board's own band Artless on drums, and J Mascis of Dinosaur Jr on lead guitar.

Weed Forestin'

Weed Forestin was recorded in 1986 and 1987, when Barlow was the bassist of the American indie rock band, Dinosaur Jr. Sebadoh, which Barlow co-founded with Eric Gaffney, started as a songwriting outlet for Barlow outside of Dinosaur Jr, whose lead singer and guitarist, J. Mascis, Barlow would later publicly clash with.


Alan Forbes

He developed the signature icon of The Black Crowes, as well as posters, symbols and album artworks for many other bands, including Queens of the Stone Age, Rage Against the Machine, The Offspring, White Stripes, AFI, Dinosaur Jr. and The Misfits.

Dirty Boots

The band selected her for the video after seeing her dance at a Dinosaur Jr. show at Maxwell's in Hoboken, NJ.

'Amplified to Rock', the band's last release on Some Records, was produced by John Agnello (Dinosaur Jr., Sonic Youth, Screaming Trees), who was impressed by the band after working with them on the interim EP the band recorded for Crank! Records in July 1999.

A rock album named Standards Down which was also released by Bcore disc in 2005 with a sound that takes them away from their previous sounds further than ever, and making them sound like a mixture between some 90's alternative rock bands such as Dinosaur Jr or even Pearl Jam together with classic rock acts such as Neil Young, The Kinks etc.

Geva Alon

Get Closer, Released in November 2009 and produced by the renowned Thom Monahan (Devendra Banhart, Vetiver, Silver Jews, Dinosaur Jr, Jayhawks), features Alon backed by the band Tree with a sound ranging from alternative rock to psychedelic guitars and Americana.

Foreign acts that performed on the festival include Ian Brown, Happy Mondays, Gary Moore, Dinosaur Jr., The Stooges, The Lemonheads, The Fall, Heavy Trash, Echo & the Bunnymen and The Rakes.

Retox

In January, 2007 Knut, Tom and Chris traveled to the USA to mix the album together with John Agnello (who previously worked a lot with Dinosaur Jr., and just recently for Sonic Youth's last album Rather Ripped) at Water Music in Hoboken, New Jersey.

They were the band that forced Dinosaur Jr to add on the "Jr." in 1987, shortly after that band released You're Living All Over Me.

The Membranes

Sharing a house in West Didsbury (in the garden of which Dinosaur Jr recorded their "Freak Scene" video), The Membranes created a scene and got themselves back to their leanest and meanest since Mark Tilton left.

Velvet Monkeys

After that one-off effort, Spiegel and Fleming briefly joined Dinosaur Jr., then created a new band, Gumball, in 1992 with former Stump Wizards' bass player Eric Vermillion.

Weed Forestin'

The album was named after a lyric in the Barlow song "Lose," which was not included in Weed Forestin but reworked into a Dinosaur Jr. song on their 1987 album, You're Living All Over Me.
