In 2010, the group collaborated with Dirty Projectors to develop and perform The Getty Address in its new identity as a live performance piece at Lincoln Center, Disney Hall and the Barbican Centre.
With Pearlman as its music director, the ensemble presents an annual subscription concert series in Greater Boston, Massachusetts; has performed on tour in Carnegie Hall, Chicago's Shubert Theatre, Los Angeles's Disney Hall, and at the Ravinia and Tanglewood festivals; and has toured internationally.
Palter has toured throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, performing in a wide variety of festivals and concert recitals, including the Disney Hall in Los Angeles, the Lincoln Center, and Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall under Pierre Boulez.
The piece was composed in 2003 for the opening of Disney Hall in Los Angeles and was conducted by Esa-Pekka Salonen.
