Clark Waddoups (born 1946 in Arco, Idaho) is the 15th judge of the United States District Court for the District of Utah.

On July 13, 2011, Kody Brown and family, from the TLC reality television show Sister Wives, filed a complaint in the United States 10th District Court, District of Utah, to challenge Utah's polygamy laws.

In 1965, Jenkins became a Referee in Bankruptcy for the District of Utah, and from 1973 to 1978 he was a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for that district.
On August 24, 2009, the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the 2007 summary judgment of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, which found that Novell was the owner of Unix and UnixWare copyrights.
