Home to Oblivion: An Elliott Smith Tribute is a 2006 tribute album to Elliott Smith recorded by Christopher O'Riley.
The album opens with one of her best-known songs, a cover of Leonard Cohen's, "Dance Me to the End of Love", also featuring covers of Bob Dylan ("You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go"), Elliott Smith ("Between The Bars"), and Hank Williams ("Weary Blues"), among others.
He has been compared to widely disparate artists, most frequently Neil Young, Elliott Smith and Serge Gainsbourg.
In addition to the video, audio parodies of "Creep" by Radiohead, "Twilight" and "Needle in the Hay" by Elliott Smith, "The Rainbow Connection" (referred to as "The Rainbow Disconnection"), "Something I Can Never Have" by Nine Inch Nails and "Hallelujah" by Leonard Cohen as covered by Jeff Buckley are also available, together with the audio only version of "Hurt".
Original drummer Scott McPherson became a sought after session player and also was a member of both Elliott Smith and Neil Finn's touring bands.

The album features early self-recordings Erez has made between the years 1998–2001 by himself at his house, and influenced by such artists as Elliott Smith, Nick Drake and Joni Mitchell.
O'Riley claims his renditions have introduced the music of Radiohead to a classical audience as well as introducing classical music to a wider or younger audience, as he sometimes performs both standard concert repertoire, such as Shostakovich or Mozart, and Radiohead, Elliott Smith or Nick Drake interpretations at the same concert.
In his liner notes for Home to Oblivion, he calls Elliott Smith "the most important songwriter since Cole Porter," although admitting he was unaware of Smith's music until his apparent suicide in 2003.
In the general election, she triumphed easily over Republican candidate Gordon Darr, a Scio Township Trustee, and Green Party candidate Elliott Smith.
Future Pigeon also performed a dub version of Elliott Smith's "Waltz No. 2 (XO)" for the short film/documentary Strange Parallel.
Future Pigeon are also featured in the movie Southlander (which also features Elliott Smith, in a small role as a bus driver).
Strange Parallel includes interviews with Elliott Smith himself, as well as fans, friends and other acquaintances, including Gus Van Sant, Larry Crane and the members of Quasi.
The cover art mimics that of Smith's 2000 album Figure 8, combined with photographs of the Elliott Smith memorial wall in Los Angeles, California.
