Artists that have performed at the Valley Fiesta include Tim Rogers, Butterfingers and Evermore on the main stage and Nick Skitz and End Of Fashion at surrounding venues.
Later, they emigrated towards Miramar, and today, evermore to the west, they have settled in Siboney.
Bands currently successful in New Zealand include Evermore, Elemeno P, The Naked and Famous, Phoenix Foundation, Fat Freddy's Drop, Goldenhorse, Shihad (aka Pacifier), The Datsuns, Luger Boa, Steriogram, The Feelers, Flight of the Conchords, Goodnight Nurse, Blindspott, Black River Drive, Zed, Midnight Youth and Opshop.
Gudinski is mostly known for forming the highly successful Australian record company Mushroom Records in 1972 through whom he signed several generations of Australian musicians and performers ranging from MacKenzie Theory, the Skyhooks, The Choirboys, Kylie Minogue, and New Zealand's Split Enz to newer artists such as Eskimo Joe, Evermore and others forging a string of successful releases by local talent.
They also performed at the Gippsland emergency relief concert, to support victims of the February 2009 Victorian bushfires, along with Evermore, Adam Brand and Lee Kernaghan.
With the release of the EP, Tom Ugly toured around Australia, playing festivals and supporting headline acts such as Groove Armada at the Hordern Pavilion and Sia Furler at the Enmore Theatre as well as other acts including Simian Mobile Disco, Grinspoon, The Grates, Children Collide, Art vs. Science, Evermore, etc.
