(26 d), from Southern Fergana, is magnificently golden red, with a very feeble violet sheen in the male and a stronger gloss in the female; the black marginal band not very broad, dusted with yellow, the middle spot of the forewing black, that of the hindwing red and inconspicuous.

Qutbuddin Bakhtiyar Kaki was born in 569 A.H. (1173 C.E.) in a small town called Aush (alternatively Awash or Ush) in the Fergana Valley (present Osh in southern Kyrgyz Republic(Kyrgyzstan), part of historic Transoxania).
Later that year the IMU conducted its first verifiable operations, with an incursion into the Batken region of southern Kyrgyzstan – a region populated mainly by ethnic Uzbeks, and lying between Tavildara in Tajikistan and the Fergana Valley in Uzbekistan.
As described in his official biography, Bobkov was personally engaged in resolving ethnic conflicts in the Soviet Union, including Sumgait pogrom, Events in Vilnius, 1989 pogroms in the Fergana valley in Uzbekistan, Almaty revolt in 1986, January 1991 events in Latvia, and many others.
