The Florida State-Georgia Tech football rivalry is an American college football rivalry between the Florida State Seminoles football team of Florida State University and Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets football team of Georgia Tech.

In 2012, he led the Huskies with 104 tackles, including a career game high 14 against Florida State in the Orange Bowl.
Boulware accepted an athletic scholarship to attend Florida State University, where he played for coach Bobby Bowden's Florida State Seminoles football team from 1993 to 1996.
One of the highlights of his college career came when he broke up Charlie Ward's final pass, resulting in Notre Dame's (ranked #2 at the time) defeat of the Florida State (ranked #1 at the time) in a nationally televised game in 1993 which was coined at that time the "Game of the Century".
His father, Sal Sunseri, is a coach for the Florida State Seminoles football team and his brother, Vinnie Sunseri, plays college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide.
