After signing a recording deal with several investors, in mid-2007, "In Lights," Fear Zero's third album was released through Fontana North/Universal.
The issues came to a head at the annual meetings at Fontana, North Carolina in 1969, and at Lake Junaluska, North Carolina in 1970.
