Charles B. Cochran

In 1917, he became responsible for the productions of the Oxford Music Hall, including the surprise hit The Better 'Ole, which ran for over 800 performances.

Cochran was also responsible for bringing Nikita Balieff and Balieff's theatre group "Chauve-Souris" to London.

He became an actor and made his first appearance in New York.

From the 1920s, he produced musical revues and spectaculars in competition with André Charlot, and collaborated regularly with Noël Coward to produce Coward's famous plays and musical comedies.

His results, however, have been disputed, especially in 1954 by a team consisting of John Tukey, Frederick Mosteller and William G. Cochran, who stated much of Kinsey's work was based on convenience samples rather than random samples, and thus would have been vulnerable to bias.

The original production of the show was mounted by Charles B. Cochran at London's new St Martin's Theatre, opening on 23 November 1916 and starring Gertie Millar, George Graves, Nat Ayer and Ida Adams.

Kathleen Gibson

Her talent was noticed by C. B. Cochran who auditioned her and she became one of Cochran's Young Ladies and on 30 November 1933, took the important role as Ena Hawkins in a production of "Mr Whittington" at the Alhambra Theatre, Glasgow, starring alongside Jack Buchanan.

Louie L. Wainwright

Wainwright was appointed as Secretary of the Florida Division of Corrections by Cecil Farris Bryant (Florida Governor at that time) in 1962, replacing H. G. Cochran and remained in the position until 1987, when Richard L. Dugger assumed the role.

Nymph Errant

Charles B. Cochran, the producer, bought the stage rights in 1933 to the book by James Laver, who was then a young author, poet, and Keeper at the Victoria and Albert Museum (and was to become a major curator of art and costumes).
