Frederick Franklin Moon (b. July 3, 1880, Easton, Pennsylvania; d. September 9, 1929) was Dean of the New York State College of Forestry, from 1920-27.
He was the second and fourth Dean of the New York State College of Forestry at Syracuse University, from 1912–20 and 1930–33.
