Desi never made another first team appearance for Wigan again under Ian Millward despite some successful appearances in the Under 21's.

Stuart Donlan

Having spent the final three years of his career with Leigh, Donlan became the assistant coach to Ian Millward at Castleford Tigers, one of Donlan's former clubs, after the pair previously worked together at Leigh ahead of the 2012 Super League season.

Tim Jonkers

A recurrence of an injury to his knee, meant that Jonkers was forced to sit out most of his first season, and in March 2006, with first team opportunities scarce, he accepted a one month loan deal with Wigan Warriors to play under his former boss Ian Millward.
