In August 2010, manager Les Parry revealed that Thomas-Moore had submitted a transfer request after being approached by another club, rumoured to be Rotherham United where his father Ronnie Moore was, at the time, manager.
In Toronto Capek played keyboards and arranged songs for Marc Jordan, Ian Thomas, Dan Hill and Dianne Brooks, and produced hit recordings for Hill, Ken Tobias, The Good Brothers, Downchild and Amy Sky.

After university, she returned to London and in 1997 she signed to Black Box Records and recorded her debut album Good Vibrations produced by Richard Niles and featuring Nigel Hitchcock on saxophone, Ian Thomas on drums.
