Currently, three 18-hole golf courses are being developed around town, two designed by Gary Player and one by Ian Woosnam.
Although he never won on tour, he twice lost in playoffs, to Kenny Knox at the 1990 Buick Southern Open, and to Ian Woosnam at the 1991 USF&G Classic.
