Thomas Hoeren (born on August 22, 1961 in Dinslaken) is a German law professor and judge with focus on Information and Media Law.
Established in 1980 by Sir Roy Goode, its mission is to develop a body of knowledge and skills in the areas of commercial law —- arbitration, intellectual property, taxation, financial law, banking law, information technology law and European law —- that can be placed at the service of government, public bodies, overseas institutions, the legal profession, industry and commerce.
