He currently resides in the United States where from 2002-2012 he taught at Bloomington's Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.

Chapman completed her undergraduate degree in Vocal Performance at the Jacobs School of Music in Bloomington, Indiana, and continued on to pursue a masters degree at Miami University in Ohio.
Eric Knechtges has studied at the Indiana University (Bloomington) Jacobs School of Music (DM), Bowling Green State University (MM) and Michigan State University (BMusEd); he has also taught music (band, chorus, and music appreciation) at Addison Community Schools in Michigan.
In addition, the members teach at music schools including the New England Conservatory of Music, the University of Toronto, Wilfrid Laurier University, the University of Western Ontario, the Conservatoire de musique du Québec à Montréal and the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University.
He has studied at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, Louisiana State University, Justus Liebig University (Giessen), Masaryk University (Brno), and was an Associate Instructor / Assistant Conductor at Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music.
Along with other famed conservatories such as The Juilliard School, The Jacobs School of Music, and the Curtis Institute of Music, the Academy of Music had achieved some level of international prominence through its commitment to the highest standards of musical leadership and excellence.
