Additional entrances are from the old subway entrance next to Klara Church, which has been converted to lead straight down to the shelter, from T-Centralen (the T-Centre Metro station), from the parking garages around the Klara district, and from the Kungsträdgården metro station.
The station has three platforms, one for trains towards Hjulsta and Akalla, and two platforms towards Kungsträdgården, to allow trains from the two branches of the line to wait in the station before the two lines merge beyond the station.
