Sada was a Federal Deputy in the LXI Legislature Congress of Mexico.
In 2009 he was elected via proportional representation to the Chamber of Deputies of Mexico as a New Alliance deputy hence he will be serving during the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress.

Adolfo Toledo Infanzón (born in Ciudad Ixtepec, Oaxaca on March 24, 1961), is a Mexican politician, member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party and the current Senator in the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress from the State of Oaxaca.
He was Federal Deputy during the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress under the principle of relative majority for the III Federal Electoral District of Sonora, which comprises the northern part of Hermosillo, the state capital.
He secured a seat in the senate during the 2006 congressional elections as the first minority senator; hence he would have served during the LX and the LXI Legislatures (2006–2012) he is considered the most productive senator in the history of Baja California .
