Among other later projects, in 1956, Fairbanks directed Down Liberty Road (aka Freedom Highway) with Angie Dickinson.
The southern end of the route is in Natchez at an intersection with Liberty Road, and the northern end is northeast of Fairview, Tennessee, in the suburban community of Pasquo, Tennessee, at an intersection with Tennessee 100.
The route was to eventually pass the New Jersey State Armory at an intersection with the proposed Liberty Road and continue northward to the New York state line at Northvale, where the 303 designation would continue northward as New York State Route 303.
