Lloyd R. Baumgart (1908–1985), former American member of the Wisconsin State Assembly
(born November 18, 1928) was an American Air Force lieutenant general who was vice commander in chief of the Strategic Air Command, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska.
His great-great uncle was the Black historian Dr. Carter G. Woodson, the second Black man to be awarded a doctorate from Harvard University and the founder of Black History Month.
