After exiting Capitol, McVicker sang backing vocals on Travis Tritt's first five studio albums (counting his Christmas album), and was one of several guest vocalists on his 1992 single "Lord Have Mercy on the Working Man".
Five singles were released from the album; in order of release, these were "Lord Have Mercy on the Working Man", "Can I Trust You with My Heart", "T-R-O-U-B-L-E", "Looking Out for Number One ", and "Worth Every Mile".
