A few of her TV credits include Magnum P.I. (Emmy consideration), General Hospital ("Dr. Meadows", 16 years), ER, Cold Case, Married... with Children episode "I'll See You in Court" (1989) and most recently a recurring role as Judge Tiano on the new TNT hit series, The Closer.
Beaton was once also nicknamed Magnum P.I. due to his likeness of the actor Tom Selleck, who played the title role in the TV series.
