David S. Ward

Major League and Ward's subsequent efforts as a writer and director, King Ralph (1991) and Major League II (1994), were about underdogs who triumphed over the gadflies and nay-sayers of the world.

He went back to the well, directing the sequel Major League II, and then moved on to the Navy comedy Down Periscope starring Kelsey Grammer.

I'm Mad

The short made its debut on March 30, 1994, as part of the theatrical release of Don Bluth's animated film Thumbelina and David S. Ward's Major League II, and was eventually integrated into the television series as a part of Episode 69.

Maurice John Vaughn

In 1994, his song "(Everything I Do) Got To Be Funky" was released on the soundtrack for the film Major League II.


Fred Schrier

Schrier has also been an illustrator of children's books such as Let's Jump! by Donna Lugg Pape, Wild Animals, Come Out! (Read Alone Books), and Amazing Science Tricks (Boys' Life Magazine April 2004), and has been the animator for the Cleveland Indians Stadium scoreboard, winning him a "thanks" credit in the 1994 motion picture Major League II.
