Green Gully SC

Green Gully is 1 of the 8 Clubs that are still active in the Victorian Premier League, Green Gully is a 'Sister Club' with Sunshine George Cross FC, It is believed that both Green Gully and Sunshine Georgies adopted the Same kit as a Maltese Premier League club Floriana F.C., Floriana is one of the oldest clubs in Malta.

Stephen Vaughan, Jr.

Stephen James Vaughan (born 22 January 1985) is former English former professional footballer, current BBBofC licensed boxing promoter and chairman of Maltese Premier League side Floriana FC.


2001–02 Maltese First Division

Marsaxlokk were the champions while Mosta were the runners-up.Both teams were promoted to Maltese Premier League.

2002–03 Maltese First Division

Msida were the champions and Balzan were promoted to Maltese Premier League.

Aaron Xuereb

Aaron hoped to help Hibernians retain the Maltese Premier League title for the 2009–10, however the quest took some severe setbacks, as Hibernians sold the Maltese Player of the Year Clayton Failla to Sliema Wanderers, and Striker Terence Scerri joined Valletta.

Marsaxlokk Ground

Marsaxlokk would play their European games at the ground, but the club play their league matches at the Ta' Qali National Stadium, since most of the Maltese Premier League matches are played there, and also because the ground has a very low capacity.

Phil Power

He moved to Sliema Wanderers in 1988 and helped them finish 2nd in the Maltese Premier League.

Roderick Bajada

During the close season Sliema Wanderers signed Clayton Failla and Ryan Fenech, leaving Bajada’s first team opportunities limited, he decided to join Marsaxlokk on a season long loan, his new club were due to start this season in the Maltese Premier League, however following a guilty verdict on corruption case from the previous season, Marsaxlokk were demoted to the Maltese First Division.
