Gmina Przewóz contains the villages and settlements of Bucze, Dąbrowa Łużycka, Dobrochów, Dobrzyń, Jamno, Lipna, Mała Lipna, Mielno, Piotrów, Potok, Przewóz, Sanice, Sobolice, Straszów and Włochów.
