In 2012 the organization was awarded the franchise of Miss Supranational and Tanzania was supposed to make a debut at the pageant by sending Winfrida Dominic as the country's first representative.

Annalie or Ali for short was 1st runner-up at the Binibining Pilipinas 2012 pageant with co-winners, Miss Universe Philippines Janine Mari Tugonon, Binibining Pilipinas International Nicole Cassandra Schmitz, Binibining Pilipinas Tourism Katrina Jayne Dimaranan, and Miss Supranational Philippines Elaine Kay Moll.
Yael was crowned Miss Supranational Israel 2011 and went on to represent her country in the 3rd annual Miss Supranational pageant held in Plock, Poland on August 26, 2011 .
