unusual facts about Mount Allison University



Arthur Motyer

Born in Hamilton, Bermuda, the son of building contractor and land developer Ernest Motyer and Edith Brunning, he was educated at Saltus Grammar School and later (1942-1945) studied English literature at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick.

Garney Henley

After his playing days he became a coach and administrator at Mount Allison University in New Brunswick, Brock University and the University of Guelph in Ontario.

Gordon Gray Currie

He was born in Semans, Saskatchewan, the son of Robert Currie and Mary Anne Pool, and was educated in Saskatchewan, in British Columbia, at Notre Dame Collegiate and at Mount Allison University.
