Lycoming Mall is a super-regional shopping mall located off Interstate 180 just west of the junction with U.S. Route 220 in the village of Halls, Muncy Township, Lycoming County ten miles east of Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
The founder of the hamlet was Isaac Phillips, who arrived from Muncy County, Pennsylvania in 1802.

1615: The first European in Lycoming County was Étienne Brûlé.
Muncy Creek Township is bordered by the West Branch Susquehanna River to the west, Muncy and Wolf Townships to the north, Moreland Township to the east and Montour and Northumberland Counties to the south.
Homes and fields were abandoned, with livestock driven along and a few possessions floated on rafts on the river east to Muncy, then further south to Sunbury.
In 2010, the organization released a report that documented environmental violations by companies drilling into the Marcellus Shale Formation in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
