Henry F. Zwack (born December 5, 1952) is a lawyer and politician, most notable for having served as Rensselaer County, New York county executive and as an Acting New York State Supreme Court Justice.
He was a member of the 52nd United States Congress and served until September 11, 1891, when he resigned to become a justice of the New York State Supreme Court.
Wertz worked for State Farm Insurance, after which he was a Senior Attorney in Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court.
In 1888, the New York State Supreme Court decided that the sum, plus thirty years' interest, was to be paid to the North American Relief Society for Indigent Jews in Jerusalem.
Gould and Fisk, incensed by his actions, had him suspended as president of the A&S by a judge they controlled on the New York State Supreme Court, George G. Barnard.
