The C-13, also known as Eix del Pallars (Pallars Axis), is a highway in Catalonia, Spain, that connects Lleida with Balaguer and the eastern Noguera Pallaresa river valley.
The town of Tremp (population 6228 as of 2009) is the second smallest of these and is situated in the valley of the Noguera Pallaresa river below Talarn and the Talarn Dam.
