Derrick Kitts

During the 2003 legislature he introduced legislation that would require the state Capitol to install a High Tech Hall of Fame and legislation that would prohibit state employees from making more in salary than the governor.

George H. Otten

Otten served as the landscape engineer for the Oregon State Highway Department from 1935 to 1942, and during that time he completed the landscape plan for the Oregon State Capitol mall.

A native of Oregon, he served in World War I before later working for the Oregon State Highway Department where he worked on projects such as the design of the Oregon State Capitol's mall.

Orville C. Pratt

He wrote the lone dissenting opinion in the controversy over the Oregon Territory’s capital between Oregon City and Salem.
