Fumihiro Suzuki (鈴木 郁洋, born May 23, 1975 in Nishigō, Fukushima) is a retired Japanese professional baseball catcher and current coach for the Orix Buffaloes in Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball.
His most famous works are the designing of the mascot Neppe of Orix Buffaloes, the Motor Toon Grand Prix, Hudson's Adventure Island series, Monkey Magic and the Maximo: Ghosts to Glory concept arts.
There, he was surrounded by an impressive collection of talent: his year included then-right fielder Norichika Aoki (Tokyo Yakult Swallows), third baseman Toshimitsu Higa (Hiroshima Carp) and center fielder Shintaro Yoshida (Orix Buffaloes), all three of whom would later go on to the pros.
