Akhtar Hussain Jadoon (اختر حسین جدون) is the Minister for the Transport Department Government of Sindh, belonging to Pakistan Peoples Party.
After the resignation of the provincial government in 1973, he defected to the Pakistan Peoples Party.

In 1991 he obtained his B.A. degree from Federal Urdu University where he served as president of Sindh People's Youth, a student wing of Pakistan Peoples Party.
He was also Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Pakistan to Rwanda, Ethiopia and Uganda under the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) government of Benazir Bhutto (1989–90).
Among them are Siddique-ul-Farooq, Raja Ashfaq Sarwar Malik Shakeel Awan (PML-N), Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed (AML), Ijaz Khan Jaazi (PTI) and Amir Fida Paracha (PPP).
