Boitel

The Boitel was a small car exhibited at the Paris Motor Show in 1946, 1947 and 1948, shortly after which the manufacturer ran out of money.

Charles Rolls

The first Rolls-Royce car, the Rolls-Royce 10 hp, was unveiled at the Paris Salon in December 1904, although in the early advertising it was the name of Rolls that was emphasised over that of Royce.

L'Auto-Journal

Famously, they published pictures of the radical new Citroën DS in April and June 1952, more than three years ahead of the car's October 1955 launch at the Paris Motor Show.

PSA Trnava Plant

The car went into volume production in the middle of 2008 and was officially presented to the press in July and to the public in September at the Paris Motor Show as the Citroën C3 Picasso, PSA’s answer to the Renault Grand Modus and Opel / Vauxhall Meriva.


Automobiles L. Rosengart

In October 1946 the company exhibited the prototype “Rosengart Super 5” at the Paris Motor Show at the instigation of Lucien Rosengart himself.

Automobiles Marathon

In June 1953 Marathon’s first pre-production prototype was presented to Gilles Guérithault who was managing editor of L'Auto-Journal, and who thereby obtain exclusive details of the car which would debut in production form only in October at the Paris Motor Show.
