Presently Benedetta Tagliabue teaches at the University of Architecture ETSAB (Escola Tècnica Superior d'Arquitectura de Barcelona) in Barcelona and lectures regularly in architectural forums.
The team also includes the Centre of Aerospace Technology in Barcelona (CTAE), the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) or the international engineering advisory firm Altran.
He was also president of the Foundation Enciclopèdia Catalan from 2002 to 2006 and member of the Foundation of the UPC.
It was the university A3E Association of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia that initiated the idea of a summer camp with this particular approach of role playing the kids as astronauts; making them realize what they need to survive in such hard environment called Space.

A research team at the Georgia Institute of Technology's Broadband Wireless Networking Laboratory (led by Ian F. Akyildiz) and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (principal investigators Albert Cabellos and Eduard Alarcón) developed a method to create an antenna that would be shaped into graphene strips from 10 to 100 nanometers wide and one micrometer long.
