The group is influenced a lot by the humour of both Monty Python and Hasseåtage, as well as Povel Ramel (in terms of his musical humour and playfulness with texts and lyrics), and also the physical comedy of Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton.
He has worked together with artists such as Povel Ramel (in the revue I hatt och strumpa in 1961-62), Anita Lindblom, Lill Lindfors and Eva Rydberg.
In 1957 he started playing regularly in Germany, first with Lars Werner and then later with Putte Wickman, Povel Ramel and George Russell’s Emanon Big Band.
