John Grider Miller (born 23 August 1935 in Radford, Virginia – died 31 August 2009 in Annapolis, Maryland) was a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, who served as Managing Editor, of U.S. Naval Institute Proceedings and of Naval History.
This journal was established in 1934, but in 1978 it was split into three different journals: Journal of Chemical Sciences, Journal of Earth System Science, and Proceedings - Mathematical Sciences, all of them continuing as "volume 87".
Xuereb has written on the financial challenges facing the modern AFM with regards to the global financial crisis in the United States Naval Institute Proceedings magazine.
